In August 2001, we introduced the "NMR Pipe Protector" to the Co-op Nomura Minami Ishikiri condominium in Wakabayashi Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. After 15 years, an investigation into the deterioration of the piping was conducted. [NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Major Automobile Manufacturer Factory in Fukuoka Prefecture

The amount of black rust increased significantly from 4% to 43.6%! A case where line stoppage was completely prevented.

In August 1998, an "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed in the cooling water circulation piping of the welding robot cooling line located within a major automobile manufacturer's factory in Fukuoka Prefecture to prevent red rust scale. [NMR Pipe Protector Verification Results] Water Supply Pipe in Binh Phuc Province, Vietnam

The red rust inside the cast iron water distribution pipe has turned into black rust! It has been proven that the leaching of red rust into the water has been completely prevented.

In the water supply district of Huong Canh in Binh Phuoc Province, Vietnam, cast iron pipes (150A) have been in use for 15 years, leading to the progression of red rust corrosion inside the pipes, resulting in the frequent occurrence of red water. To address this red water issue, a red rust prevention device called "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed at the base of the cast iron water supply pipe (150A). Before installation, the water color and the amount of red rust at the sampling points were as follows: the northern sampling point, located 500 meters north of the installation site, had a light brown color and 7.0 mg/l of red rust; the western sampling point, located 300 meters west, had a brown color and 8.0 mg/l; and the southern sampling point, located 600 meters south, had a dark brown color and 23 mg/l. Two weeks after installation, the northern sampling point showed a lighter color and a reduction in red rust to 4.6 mg/l. The western point also nearly lost its color, decreasing to 2.0 mg/l.
